Working with students for over two decades, we understand the significance of celebrating milestones—especially graduation. We are excited to invite you and your senior to join us for our Senior Sunday Celebration on May 18th at 10:30 AM. This is a special time to honor our graduating seniors, recognizing their achievements and the journey that has brought them to this moment.

(If you know of a senior in your extended family who would like to be included in this celebration, please feel free to share this invitation with them—we’d love to recognize them as well!)

What to Expect:

• Senior Recognition & Slideshow – During the service, we will highlight each senior and their accomplishments. To participate, we ask that you provide three photos of your senior:
  • A baby picture
  • An elementary or middle school picture
  • A senior picture
    Please email these to youth@vansickle.org or drop them off at the church office. Additionally, we ask parents (or graduates) to complete the Senior Sunday Registration Form, which you can find [HERE].
• Tables of Honor – Parents are encouraged to create a display table in the church foyer to showcase their senior’s journey. These displays often include pictures, yearbooks, awards, certificates, letter jackets, school paraphernalia, or other memorabilia that celebrate your child’s high school years.
• Senior Luncheon & Parent Blessing – Following the service, we invite seniors and their families to a special luncheon at the church. We know you may have other celebrations planned, but it would bless us to have you join us. As part of this time, parents will have a unique opportunity to speak a special blessing over their child.
